Download latest Clockwork Mod Touch v5.0.2.8

3. Copy the downloaded file to the sd-card.
4. Reboot your device and enter on Custom Recovery Home Button + Power Button
6. Choose Install Zip From Sd Card then Choose Zip From SD Card option and then select the update-CWM-5.2.0.8-touch-squadzone.zip file from your sd-card.
7. Once it finishes flashing; From recovery main menu choose Advance Reboot Recovery.
8. Your device will reboot back into recovery and now you can test your all new touch-enabled recovery.
That's all. Now you have ClockWork Mod v5.0.2.8 touch Recovery. Now you will see four buttons Back, Up, Down and Select at the bottom of the recovery and you can use them
